“Camargue Autrement” offers you the opportunity to take the “road of senses” on a four-wheel drive. Step by step, you will discover the country. Surprise a pink flamingo in the swamps, see a coypu crossing the trail, or the bulls in their fields.

During the adventure, a bulls’ breeder will welcome you in his “Manade” (bulls’ herd) for a delicious lunch break and some surprises... Groups and individual travellers welcomed.

Pierrot Le Camarguais, naturalist guide, full-scale Camargue. Visit to the private “Manade” (bulls and horses’ breeding farm) with the 4WD, discovery of the rice fields and the marshes with sunset, tasting of regional products as for example homemade “saucisson” (local sausage). Special evenings with branding of calves (“Ferrade”), gypsies and dancers on Thursday’s evening during the season (Low season: contact us). Discovery of the “Manade” in July and August. For groups: visit to the bulls on a trolley upon booking.

Bulls and horses’ breeders for three generations, we created the Safari Camargue in 1980 to offer you the possibility to discover the fauna, flora, cultures and traditions of our region. Far away from the touristic roads, discover the “Petite” or “Grande” Camargue on 4-wheel drive with a local man sharing his passion for this county.

Cross the Natural Reserve of Camargue and discover pounds, marshes, birds, flamingos... This activity deeply respects fauna, flora and regulations in force. ½ day guided tours, “à la carte”, all year long on booking.

Departures from Aigues-Mortes, le Grau du Roi, la Grande Motte, Port Camargue, Arles.

Discover our “Manade”: with family or friends, visit our bulls and horses’ herd and enjoy a demonstration of bulls’ sorting by the “Gardians” on their horses. 

Every Thursday at 5pm, from Easter to end of August upon booking.

CAMARGUE RANDO QUAD: Enjoy a unique experience !

Thierry TRAZIC, bulls and horses’ breeder in Camargue, invites you to discover a part of Camargue and Costières by an original way: a quad trekking through the Camargue on authorized ways.

With one or more guides, for lovers, friends, or colleagues (while seminar), you will have an unforgettable experience of discovering this region. Discovering quad trekking for everyone: many ways on choice: 1h, 2h30 or 1/2 day trekking, “à la carte” (contact us for groups or seminars).

You will discover Camargue as you never see it.

Approved quads 320 and 400cm3  (base: 1 or 2 persons/quad).

Driving licence obligatory. Child passenger from 7 years old. Helmet and gloves furnished.

This activity deeply respects fauna, flora and regulations in force.

Departure from Aigues-Mortes all year long, upon booking for individuals and groups (rate quotes on demand).
